The export prices of mainstream glyphosate specifications dropped in China in June 2016. The average export price of 95% glyphosate technical was USD2.76/kg while it was USD3.52/kg in the same period of last year.

In the month, 192 enterprises exported glyphosate products from China, 33 more than that in June 2015. Top enterprises in terms of export volume of glyphosate products included Fuhua Tongda Agro-chemical Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Weifang Rainbow Chemical Co., Ltd., Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jinfanda Bio-Chemical Co., Ltd. and Youth Chemical Co., Ltd.

Moreover, the glyphosate products were exported to 89 countries and regions in the month, the same as that in the same period last year. The main export destinations were Brazil, Thailand, Argentina, the US and Russia. Calculated by export volume, the top ten countries/regions imported 50,035 tonnes of glyphosate from China, and the value of it totaled USD112.9 million, accounting for 67.2% and 71.5% of the national total respectively.
